Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before signing up. Happiness Wedding House reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions anytime without any prior notice.  Happiness Wedding House Agent (referred to as AGENT hereon) should get themselves updated on these terms and conditions from time to time through our website:

1. Agent Application

1.1 The Happiness Wedding House Agent Application is open to those who in-line with printing, publications, design agencies, bridal house, Stationery, restaurants or any wedding-related industries. However, application is subject to approval of the Happiness Wedding House's management.

1.2 The management of Happiness Wedding House has the right to decline or to terminate any Agent's membership at their own discretion without prejudice.

1.3 Individuals who wish to participate as a Happiness Wedding House Agent (become an Happiness Wedding House member) must first sign up online on the Happiness Wedding House website (www.weddinghouse.com.my). No other arrangement will be entertained.

1.4 A minimum amount of cash RM200 signup fee must be deposited into Happiness Wedding House account for the agent account activation purposes. Upon signup, applicants will received a set of sell kit furnished with our wedding cards sample and price list.

1.5 Agent approval is based on our Customer Service Standard Requirement System. Our service crews will arrange an interview with the applicant or event meet up, if required, to verify the applicant details.

2. Ordering / Operations

2.1 Happiness Wedding House Agents are solely responsible for their own customers including any transaction between the agent and customer such as payment collection.

2.2 Happiness Wedding House reserves the right to reject any order for any reasons.

2.3 All card sold as design shown on screen. Texture of emboss and colors of the cards may difference with screen display.

2.4 Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once submitted.

2.5 Agent is required to deposited the full payment into Happiness Wedding House account in order to proceed with the order.

3. Pricing / Delivery

3.1 Services, products and pricing are subject to change from time to time.

3.2 All goods are delivered to Happiness Wedding House Agents by Happiness Wedding House's appointed courier service company.

4.3 Happiness Wedding House will not liaise with any customer on member's behalf.

3.5 Good delivered to Happiness Wedding House Agents are packed according to Happiness Wedding House standard packing. Once goods have left our warehouse, they are no longer the responsibility of Happiness Wedding House. If there are any discrepancies in the print quality or quantity of goods, agents are advised to call the Happiness Wedding House Customer Service Center. 4. Product Refund / Reimbursement

If you are not satisfied with any product, please e-mail Customer Service within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please include your company name, order number, contact detail and reason for dissatisfaction. If broken please provide evidence. If you have not received your order. Our Customer Service department will review your complaint and work with you to meet your expectations.
